Sepideh has an important secret. She has bought the garbage man a gift. Because he is always cold and has no hat or scarf. Sepideh is hoping to give the gift to the garbage man. The story start when the garbage man arrives and sweeps the leaves but it seems that he is not fine. He coughs a lot. Sepideh must help him since he is like her grandpa.
The illustrations of the book has pictured the domestic space and Iranian architecture. Iranian outfit, food and plants can be seen in these illustrations.
