Author Biography

Monika Niehaus, who holds a doctorate in biology with the focus on neurophysiology, works as a freelance author, journalist and scientific translator. In addition to several non-fiction books, she has also published a number of works of fiction and short stories. Martin Osterloh is a business and sports psychologist and works as a systemic coach and process facilitator for an intercultural centre in Cologne Chorweiler with a focus on psychoeducation, acceptance and commitment training.
