Author Biography
Takashi Okada graduated from the Graduate School of Health and Sport Science at Nippon Sport Science University. He completed the necessary coursework for a doctorate from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Tokyo, but left before completing his dissertation. In addition to being a physiotherapist, sports trainer, bodybuilder, and bodybuilding critic (under the name “Bazooka” Okada), he is an associate professor at Nippon Sport Science University, training staff (judo) with the Japanese Olympic Committee, head of the physical training division for the All-Japan Men’s Judo Team, and an athlete training committee member for the Japan Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation. His other books include Handbook for the Fat-trimming Method (Baseball Magazine), Four-minute Grueling Workouts for a Sixpack in Two Weeks (Achievement Publishing), and How to Quickly Build Muscles Where You Want Them (Sunmark Publishing). His books have sold over one million copies in total.
