Summer Okibe is a Ph.D. Student at the University of Victoria whose research is on Indigenous Law, Indigenous Spirituality, Aboriginal Rights and Governance. She is a Master of Laws graduate from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She now lives in Calgary, Alberta.
