Author Biography
Iksaka Banu is an award winning author from Yogyakarta. His short story published in several indonesian literary magazine and newspapers. His works, Mawar di Kanal Macan and Semua untuk Hindia chosen as 20 best indonesian short stories by Pena Kencana in 2008 and 2009. His short story anthologies, Semua untuk Hindia (2014) and Teh dan Pengkhianat (2019) received Kusala Sastra Khatulistiwa Award for prose category.
Kurnia Effendi is an author, curator, and editor. He received writer residency from Ministry of Culture and National Book Committee in 2017, to do research on Raden Saleh in Netherland. His works received some literary awards, such as top 5 Khatulistiwa Literary Award 2006 for Kincir Api (2005), and Literary Award by Badan Bahasa 2013 for Anak Arloji (2011). His book Mencari Raden Saleh (2019) is also the 3rd winner of The Best Book 2019 by Perpusnas.
