The Mountain
by Rebecca Gugger and Simon Röthlisberger
Description
The bear knows exactly what the mountain looks like, namely green and full of trees. But the sheep also know the mountain and can describe it: The mountain is a meadow. Ant, chamois, mountain hare, and octopus, each has its own perspective of the mountain.
The illustrator duo Rebecca Gugger and Simon Röthlisberger created an impressive panorama for each animal. The variety of perspectives and views is illustrated in a playful way. And at the end there is the democratic idea that there is enough space for many perspectives.
