Too lazy to fetch your slippers or to bend down for something on the floor? No motivation to find the lost phone or the missing TV remote control? Or do you need something from a drawer, but your hands are covered in dough?

In situations like these it would be nice to have a little help from your dog - and yes, it’s possible! Based on the training of „real“ assistance dogs for handicapped people, your dog as well can learn to assist you in daily situations – and will have a lot of fun by doing so!

Thanks to the author and experienced dog trainer Liane Rauch, you can teach your dog the commands for identifying, fetching and retrieving of items. The tasks will become more complex such as tidying up toys, sorting trash, turning on the light and taking off socks.

Some of these funny tricks can be really helpful, others are just for fun, but always guarantee a physical and mental work-out for dogs and human!
