Author Biography
STAVROS ZAFEIRIOU was born in 1958 in Thessaloniki (Greece). He is the author of thirteen collections of poetry, one novel and four children’s books. His poems have been translated into many European languages, while two of his poetry books, Where to and Difficult have been translated into French and published by L’Harmattan editions. Also, two anthologies of his poems have been translated into Italian and published by Joker and Fermenti editions. He has twice been nominated in Greece for the National Poetry Award, while in 2013 he was awarded the prize of the literary criticism journal O Anagnostis, for his book Where to.
FRIDA KRITIKOU is the winner of Tsalapeteinos’ first illustration competition. She was born in 1992 and studied Graphic Design in Athens and Fine Arts in Poland. Apart from graphic design, her work is also focused on Illustration and videoart.
