Author Biography

Volodymyr Arenev is a Kyiv-based author, screenwriter, publicist and editor. He graduated from the Institute of Journalism at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is a winner of awards by Eurocon, New Horizons, BaraBooka, Reytynh Krytyka (The Critic’s Rating). In his spare time, he loves to create fictional worlds and travel, taking his stories with him wherever he goes. He authored more than 30 books and a few hundred publications in the mass media. His works have been published in Ukrainian, Polish, English, German, Slovenian, Chinese, Lithuanian, French and Estonian. Among his major works are such novels and novellas as Zaklyatyy Skarb (The Cursed Treasure), Dushnytsya (Souluary), Porokh iz Drakonovykh Kistok (Dragon Bone Dust) and  Vidchaydushnyy Boyahuz  (The Desperate Coward).


Lina Kvitka is an artist born in Kyiv. She has studied as a fashion designer and a stylist. She likes glitter, unicorns and traveling. Lina is fond of photography and the history of fashion. She created illustrations for various children's books.
