Born in 1985, Huang Fenglin is a graduate from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as Master of Jurisprudence in 2012. He now works in the Publicity Department in Tibet Autonomous Region. He is young yet profound in thinking about the future and responsibility of China and the world.
