Author Biography
'Sweet Nothings' is Silke Heiss' second solo poetry publication.
Heiss has been writing since childhood. She began publishing in local journals and anthologies in 1991, and has published both her poems and prose. She has won awards for a novel, a short story as well as poetry.
She has taught and mentored other writers and assists with poetry editing.
She is also an artist, and has created the covers of the Ecca publications since 2012.
She dreams of being successful enough as poet, short story writer and novelist to win the freedom to illustrate and publish her and her late husband's children's stories.
