The plan of this book is based on a study dealing with an important era in the history of the Islamic Maghreb, from the Arab conquest until the fall of the local Emirates in the last quarter of the eighth century AH.

The book, with its parts, chapters, subjects, and political, social, economic and cultural explanations, is based on the "Totalite" study. In each unit there is something of objective coherence and analytical conclusion. The socio-economic structure is the basis for every historical analysis.
