Description
Returning from a mission to the North Pole, Sky's Rose immediately flies to Ottawa, where the first contact with an extraterrestrial civilization has just taken place. Sar-Nek, from the planet Krymur, declares that he wants to serve as a guide for humans and give them the means to emancipate themselves. The visitor's intentions seem noble, but Maria is reluctant to let her guard down. She cannot help but doubt the validity of the promises of progress made by Sar-Nek. The young woman is ready to defend the interests of her fellow citizens against any form of danger, whether it comes from space or ... from themselves.
