Author Biography
The author, Jan Kærup Bjørneboe (69), has held leadership roles in the business world throughout his entire career. For the last thirty years, he was an executive director at one of Norway’s larger companies.
After turning 55, he began to notice changes in his body. Gradually, he lost his sense of smell, his body became stiffer, things slowed down, and finally: an uncontrollable tremor in his left leg.
The encounter with Dr. Parkinson was a fact. Every Parkinson's patient has "their" way of confronting the disease. Jan Kærup Bjørneboe hit a wall. For 60 minutes, his life showed its darkest side. The next 60 minutes were crucial for his future. Jan Kærup Bjørneboe decided on one thing: Fight Back!
