Set off to Mars is a popular science book written for Chinese teenagers aged 7-15. It was written by a team of experts from China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It provides a detailed introduction to the "Tianwen-1" Mars exploration and knowledge of Mars in the form of a combination of pictures and texts. .

The book is divided into two parts in terms of content. The first part is the popularization of Mars knowledge. First-line scientists will popularize comprehensive and correct Mars knowledge for young readers, as well as the process of human exploration of Mars. The second part is the full record of "Tianwen-1" Mars exploration. Author Biography

Qian Hang is a model designer of the General Design Department of the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, a doctorate in aircraft design from the National Space Science Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a live broadcast guest of China's first space teaching TV station, an expert from Beijing Soaring Forum and Jinpeng Group, and an expert from Qian Xuesen Academy Aerospace Sciences of Youth.
