Yevhen created the recipes through experimentation, learning, and working on the concept of simple, tasty, and simultaneously exquisite food.

Author Biography
Yevhen Klopotenko is one of the most popular Ukrainian chefs, winner of the Ukrainian show Master Chef in 2015. He is the founder of the social project Cult Food, which works towards qualitative changes in the diets offered at school cafeterias. In his collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Yevhen promotes better education for cooks. Yevhen also has a popular culinary website, klopotenko.com, and co-founded a Ukrainian new-traditional restaurant 100 years back to the future (an approximate translation).
