Author Biography

The book is compiled by Professor Gangyin Zhao and his group. Professor Zhao is the vice-director of Party History, Party Construction, Education and Research Department and the vice-director of Institute of Political Parties of Party School of Shanghai Committee of C.P.C. He is also the winner of The Third National Party School System Quality Course and The First Batch of National Cadre Education and Training Course, his courses are selected by National Teachers' Bank of Cadre Education and Training and National Quality Bank of Cadre Education and Training. He is a member of the Propaganda Troupe of Learning and Implementing the Spirit of the Nineteenth Party Congress in Shanghai and has been engaged in the research and teaching of the construction of the ruling party and the history of the party for a long time. Under his organization, 12 young teachers from the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee formed a strong team. Among these young teachers, there are both native Shanghainese and new Shanghainese, who have profound theoretical accumulation and fruitful academic achievements in their respective teaching and research directions; they are also active explorers of the research topic of Shanghai's reform and opening up.
