Author Biography
Rike Pätzold, born in 1982, became qualified in international leadership and body-oriented coaching following her graduation in sinology, Japanese studies, and philosophy of language. She has become an expert in how to endure situations of uncertainty, to manage complexity, and to organise the future. She advises companies, gives courses at universities, gives talks (including TEDx 2021) and is a sought-after interview subject. In addition, she is co-founder of "navigate by fiction" – the process for collaborative future design.
