Author Biography





My name is Susanne Panhans,
I was born and raised in
Erlangen and have been on
this planet for 52 years
now. I was in my twenties
when it was discovered that 
I had some food intolerance.
As an ambitious athlete, 
that influenced me very 
much. And I set out to eat
well and improve my health
in the long term. Nutrition
in general has had a huge 
impact on my life and well-
being. I had to - yes, I 
really wanted to find a way
to feel better in the long
term, to gain my strenth and
to use it positively. Only 
in this way could I be 
successful in sports
and achieve the goals of my
dreams. Fortunately, I was
able to spend a lot of time
with my mother in the 
kitchen as a child and I was
already enthusiastic about 
baking and cooking. Since I
didn't want to go to kinder-
garten and my mother res-
pected my wish, I learned 
many things from the 
“old school” as a child. 
Years later,when I was 16,
I learned the profession of
cook and practiced it for 
years. Through my pro-
fessional career, including
with an excellent caterer 
who was able to cater to 
artists like Peter Maffay, 
PUR, Jose Carreras and the
Russian State Circus,
I was able to build up a
wealth of experience
that I would like to share
with you here.
