Author Biography
Bernd Villhauer, born in Karlsruhe in 1966, studied philosophy, classics and history of art in Freiburg, Jena and Hull (UK) after training as an industrial management assistant. After completing his doctorate, he held various leading positions in the publishing and media sector. Since 2015 he has been Managing Director of the renowned Global Ethic Institute (Weltethos-Institut) in Tübingen, and is also a founder in the field of sustainable finance. In 2022 he published "Finanzmarkt und Ethik" ("The Financial market and Ethics"), and is the author of the blog "Finanz und Eleganz" ("Finance and Elegance").
