Author Biography
Giselle Beiguelman is an artist and associate professor at FAU-USP, and researches the preservation of digital art, art and activism in the network city, and the aesthetics of memory in the 21st century. She develops projects for artistic interventions in the public space and through digital media. She is the author of several books and papers on contemporary nomadism and the practices of digital culture. Her recent production includes Memory of Amnesia: Politics of Oblivion (Edições Sesc, 2019). She coordinated the Design course at FAU-USP from 2013 to 2015 and is a columnist of Radio USP and the Zum magazine website.
