Author Biography

Chimène Kouékeu Ngoukam is a marketer and communicator, holder of a master’s degree obtained from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC). She lives in Douala, Cameroon and is passionate about African culture. She offers voluntary service in several NGO’s like Great Empire, Green Promise Initiative, World Literacy Foundation, which implies her interest in a long lasting development and particularly for vulnerable populations.
