Author Biography
Violeta Petroska-Beska and Mirjana Najcevska co-direct the Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution, a research and training entity within the Sts. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. Petroska-Beska is a professor of psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy; Najcevska is a senior researcher and legal expert at the Institute for Sociological, Political, and Juridical Research. Working with students and teachers from all levels of education to improve interethnic relations in the Republic of Macedonia, they design curricula and develop teaching materials to support education for human rights, communication and conflict resolution, multicultural education, and peace education.
