Description
Luna is an American Indian, respectful of unspoilt nature and a lover of adventures.
She is kind to people but mean to tyrants.
She is secretly in love with Stranger/Straniero, her intrepid and wise mentor to
whom she owes everything. He taught her all she knew: how to defend herself
against any archaic magic, prehistoric predators and gruesome darkness; he steered her in the right direction to becoming a warrior, he taught her how dangerous the Mandriani were: monstrous beings who threaten a still primitive and weak humanity.
After a brutal separation, Luna understands that Stranger/Straniero is the only key to guaranteeing a future for humanity; therefore, willing to make any sacrifice to find him, she travels everywhere before crossing the border of the world she once knew and arriving in a dismayed hi-tech reality. In this new land made up of star ships, omnipotent beings and killer androids, people are preparing to face the Homecoming, the stellar battle between Asse and pitares, the battle whose conclusion will be the turning point for the political and economical structure of the Federation. Helped by Pan and the Busieux family, Luna, the daughter of an analogic and wild past, will have to face an artificial and digital dimension. It will be a daunting challenge through which she will understand that in a world where nature is dying, where all hope is guilt and all love is a fatal weakness, there is no mercy for the pure in heart.
