Manabu Mishima is the president of Mishima Cram School. He has over 40 years' experience in education as a high school and cram school teacher. In search for the treatment of his own diabetes, he met Dr. Ebe and his low carb diet, which dramatically improved his health. Dr. Koji Ebe is the chief director of Takao Hospital, representative director of Japan Association of Low Carb Medicine Promotion. He developed the low carb diet that is revolutionary effective for obesity, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes. He also found that the diet can also improve and prevent other lifestyle diseases, allergies, mental diseases.
