Description
2018, the second year of the Trump administration and a midterm election with far greater import than most. The Republicans had won both the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch of our government and they were stuffing the Supreme Court and Federal courts with right leaning judges, people on a list that actually came from the Federalist Society. Immigration policy became a source of much consternation as children were separated from parents with no records kept to facilitate reuniting families. It was a sad thing to watch and not anything a nation could be proud of. It's a year when we examine all our traditional beliefs and images as Americans. The Republicans have been questioning whether a nation needs a soul and it has been gut-wrenching.
