The book develops around the Feast of Paradise, an event organised by Leonardo to celebrate the wedding between Isabella of Aragon and Gian Galeazzo Sforza.
The story is told by one of his pupils.
The result is a special focus on Leonardo's passions and talents as well as on his historical and artistic time.
