Author Biography

Lam Chua is a writer, gourmet, traveller and filmmaker. He is a chief consultant of A Bite of China and a guest lecturer of Voice. He is referred to as the "Four Talents of Hong Kong" together with Louis Cha, Ni Kuang and James Wong. Born in Singapore, he studied film production in Japan in his youth and later worked in the two big film production companies Shaw Brothers and Golden Harvest for years. He has produced many films starring Jackie Chan such as Wheels on Meals, Armour of God and My Lucky Stars, and created bestsellers such as Lam Chua: Travel Notes on Food, the "A Tribute to Youth" series, the "Lam Chua: A Taste of the World" series and the "Lam Chua: A Graceful and Interesting Life" series.
