Author Biography
Fabio inka is a personal trainer and the creator of Impacto training. He has a degree in physical education and a degree in communication studies. He is also a certified life and sport coach.
He is a lecturer in Fitness Theory and Techniques at the same university. He has been a speaker at the Italian Olympic Commettee's (CONI) Sport Academy. He is a regular columnist for the popular magazine Women's Fitness and he also writes fitness related articles for various other magazines. Fabio is a former track and field athlete
competing for the Italian Air Force athletics team. He has worked as Fitness Manager at the first Madonna owned gym in Mexico city. He is currently coaching thousands of people throughout the parks of Rome on a daily basis as well as a number of professional athletes and celebrities. You can find his lessons on the youtube channel Fabioimpactotraining. He has also been Training Ambassador for Asics in 2016.
