Description
The 11-year-old cool girl Guanguan is not an obedient child in her mother’s eyes. She is a unusual girl, loves adventure, and hope to become a “great hero” that attracts the attention of the world. She’s confident and brave, honesty and perseverant. Sometimes, she is selfish, feels coward, loses her temper, and couldn’t help being jealous. She’s not perfect, but definitely unique. One day, Guanguan got an egg and had it hatched. Since then, this unique girl has the world’s unique little T. rex as a pet. Together, they explores in the Pleasant Land City, track down mystery cases, and rescues their friends. They trust each other, are full of love and courage, and while solving one problem after another, they reap precious friendship and growth.

Author Biography
On June 1st, 2010, Mr. ZHAO Chuang, a scientific artist, and Ms. YANG Yang, a science writer for children, launched PNSO Scientific Art Projects Plan: Stories on Earth (2010-2070). The plan follows a tradition of using scientific art to create a narrative. These narratives are based on the latest scientific research, focusing on the complex relationships between species, natural environments, communities, and cultures. The narratives consider the perspectives of human civilization while exploring Earth's past, present, and future.
Currently, PNSO has independently completed or participated in a number of creative projects and research projects. The organization's work has been shared widely and well received. In collaborations with professional scientists, PNSO has been invited by many key laboratories around the world to create scientific works of art. The organization has always been committed to supporting state-of-the-art scientific explorations. Many works produced by PNSO staff members have been published in leading journals, including Nature, Science, and Cell. In addition, PNSO has held joint exhibitions with global museums, thus helping young people in different parts of the world to understand and appreciate scientific art.
