Author Biography

Alison Falkonakis is a British writer who lived for many years in the town of Leonidio in Arcadia. Alison has been shortlisted for the prestigious Bridport Prize for her poetry and her children’s books in Greek were awarded the Public Award. Alison also made the White Ravens list of 2015, amongst the recommended reading list for the whole world. Alongside her own writing, she has translated many Greek stories into English so that they can be shared across the world.
