Author Biography
SHEENA DUBOUST (nee Duncan) has worked as Head Occupational Therapist for mental health services in the Highlands in Scotland. She has a special interest in creative therapies and working with people who have been sexually abused and those with eating disorders, in group settings. Previously she worked in London in a therapeutic community and before that in general adult psychiatry. PAMELA KNIGHT is a Senior Occupational Therapist currently working in adult general psychiatry in Scotland. She runs a programme of activities including those presented in this book. She has experience of both hospital and community work and has spent some time working as a Counsellor dealing with alcohol problems and related issues.
