Management-professor Robert Steiner must redeem an old promise. In his youth he had taken an oath with his two best friends, Biene and Oskar. All three wanted to write a novel that would do nothing less than chane the world.
Biene and Oskar finished their books a long time ago. Only Steiner has kept postponing the project. But now the mysterious Julie arrives and shakes up his bourgeois existence. She offers to work together with him on the novel. But Steiner is unaware of what role Biene and Oskar are playing in all this, and why Julie suddenly disappears.
