Author Biography

Zhao Qizheng, a native of Beijing, graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a major in nuclear physics. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1979. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1979. He served as the Standing Committee of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Director of the Foreign Affairs Committee, the Director of the State Council Information Office, and the first person in charge of the Pudong New Area Management Committee. He is currently the Dean of the Binhai Development Research Institute of Nankai University, the Dean of the School of Journalism of Renmin University of China, and the doctoral tutor.
