Description
The last year of high school isn’t anything like Alissa imagined it would be. Her graduation ball, her dress, her hairdo, everything becomes a secondary concern when she realizes that her choices regarding her unplanned pregnancy will have repercussions on other people. Disappointed by Benjamin’s attitude, shaken by her mother’s resolutions and the reaction of her step-parents, Alissa has the sensation that love and friendship are eroding the further she goes along. The decision she makes is hard to bear, but it may be beautiful as well.

Author Biography
Tania Boulet works as a physiotherapist in her native Havre-Saint-Pierre. Often drawing inspiration from her own experiences, she sets the action by the sea, a place that she is familiar with, immersing us in the roller-coaster lives of today's teens. Her novels are filled with self-doubts, tensions and passions and, in the end, she shows us how we can come out the better for having faced the challenges that life and love hold for us.
