Author Biography

Gillian Shotton works as a Senior Specialist Educational Psychologist in Northumberland where she has specialist remit for looked after children. She facilitates the team who roll out the ELSA programme across the county. As a Senior Educational Psychologist, Sheila Burton was responsible for the training of school-based emotional literacy support assistants (ELSAs) in Hampshire. She is now Area Principal Educational Psychologist for the West.
