Description
It doesn't read like a diet book or look like a diet book. Eat Less is an anti-obesity manifesto.
Eat Less is stuffed with bite-sized nuggets of information on the benefits of eating less, advice on what to eat less of, and much more.
Informative and motivational, the underlying message is very serious, but the manner in which it delivers those messages is never preachy and easily digestible. Eat Less offers practical advice on the life-changing benefits that simply eating less food can bring. Eat Less really works.
The authors are living proof that the habit-changing lifestyle they set out could help millions of people easily get to a healthy weight and maintain it for life.

Reviews
I bought this book because I LOVE my food and I'm aware that I eat too much. I know that fasting is good for you - and I've been on enough retreats to know the difference between healthy food and unhealthy food. But I'm never able to sustain for long what I do on my retreats! I love the fact that this is not a diet book, but a way to eat forever. Staying slim really shouldn't be hard - and I think the information this book gives you cuts the Gordian knot! It's plain spoken, to the point and logical.
And coffee is good for you! YAY! So is wine, in moderation.
Eat Less is sensibly written, with humour - and is clearly laid out. Basically, it's an informative and inspiring read. It works for me.
