Cryosphere disaster is an important constraint to the sustainable development of the cryosphere. Reducing the risk of the cryosphere disaster and reducing the huge loss and impact caused by the disaster is the key to ensure the cryosphere function and the safety and sustainable development of the residents’ lives and property in the affected areas.
