Author Biography
CHRIS ACHENBACK born in Belfast, is a music therapist and composer. He is a Music Therapy Manager with Borders Community Health Services (NHS Trust), working in the learning disability and mental health services. His interest in music groupwork stems both from his professional training and experience, and holds a postgraduate diploma and also joint work with community musicians in a variety of settings over recent years. His teaching commitments include the extra mural Music as Communication course at the University of St Andrews.
