Author Biography

Helena Putsch (born 1985) grew up on a farm in South Africa, where she discovered her love of baking at an early age in her mother's kitchen. She has been living in Germany since 2001 and is now a mother of two small children herself. Her cakes and tarts, which inspire family and friends, are constantly being developed anew by the studied publishing house manager from old family recipes and her own ideas.
