The present collection introduces twelve Persian classic poets through utilization of numerous authentic sources. In the first stage of its development, the collection represents a brief biography of each poet and afterwards, it nominates a number of poetic characteristics of their poetry by bringing a number of concrete examples. The following poets are introduced in the chronological order: Rudaki, Ferdowsi, Naser Khosrow, Khayyam, Khaqani, Nezami, Atta r, Mew lana, Saadi, Hafiz, Jami and Saib Tabrizi.
