About the Authors: Sallie Morris is a food writer and consultant who has run cooking courses in Malaysia and has contributed to many publications. Deh-Ta Hsiung is a food and wine consultant for Chinese restaurants and food manufacturers all over the world. He is the author of over a dozen books on Chinese and Asian foods.
