Author Biography
VJ Campilan is a banker by day and a writer by night. She completed her MFA Creative Writing degree at De La Salle University-Manila. Her debut novel, All My Lonely Islands, won the Palanca Awards, the Gintong Aklat Awards, and the Madrigal-Gonzalez Best First Book Award. Her short story, “The Visitation,” won the Nick Joaquin Literary Award in 2018.
Her fiction has been published in the UP Likhaan literary journal and the Philippines Graphic magazine.
