Author Biography
Alan Lund is Managing Partner of CORE Business Management Solutions, a Michigan-based business advisory firm that focuses on assisting companies to achieve and sustain profitability. Alan has devoted the past 20+ years to providing operational management and process/profitability improvement assistance to a wide variety of industries and organizational entities. Alan incorporates methodologies based on optimization of processes, cost analysis through the use of activity-based cost principles, and the integration of continual improvements by incorporating the key elements of industry standard business management system principles. Alan has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the International University of Entreprenology.
