Author Biography

Takahiro Otake is CEO of At Office Co., Ltd., Executive Chairman at Stock Soken　Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of the Japan Halal Business Association, and Senior　Consultant at the Otake and Partners Tax Accountancy Office. In his twenties, he　experienced the ideal management of a stock business at Secom Co., Ltd. (publicly　traded on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange). Following that, he learned about office sublease management at a large developer owning over one　hundred properties. In his thirties, he participated as a founding member of a ramen　restaurant franchise where he put his stock business theory into practice, making　this chain a major force in the ramen industry by opening approximately 250 stores　as franchise manager. Following that, at 42 years old he started a new company with　the aim of revolutionizing the real estate industry. Through his main business At　Office, he is expanding various stock businesses following his unique theory, including　inSquare (office rentals), At Business Center (rental conference space), a　conference room sharing business, and Café Insquare. Annual sales of these businesses　exceed 1 billion yen. In total, he has started nineteen new businesses. As a　conduit for providing practical guidance, he conducts his Stock Business Academy　and provides instruction regarding building stock　businesses.
