This poetic and philosophical title tells a seemingly simple story with rich connotation. An ant unfolds fantasy of becoming a variety of other animals and thus having diferent situations. The ending of the story is surprising but within reason. The ant returns from fantasy to reality, and the ant's expecta-tion of the role of life also returns from "others" to "self", thus completing the "self". The story gives children a wealth of imagination and starts them on a wonderful journey of self-discovery.
